IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING, PURCHASING, OR DOWNLOADING ANY COURSE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use

By registering for online courses offered by High Education Health (HEHPR) through hehpr.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, including any future changes or modifications.

By purchasing one of our courses, you agree that:

  1. You are responsible for reading the full course description before enrolling, including the number of approved contact hours issued by the relevant licensing or accreditation boards (when applicable).

  2. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a course once the payment process is completed.

The prices for each course are displayed on the corresponding course description page. High Education Health (HEHPR) reserves the right to change course prices at any time and to correct inadvertent pricing errors. We also reserve the right to include transaction fees, taxes, and other charges, all of which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment. Completing the payment constitutes your acceptance of these charges.

Refund and Return Policy

If you make a payment for a course and later decide not to take it, we will refund your payment using the same method you used originally. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card.

Refund requests must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the payment date.

Right to Modify Our Offer

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any of their features; or establish limitations for their use.

We may suspend or permanently discontinue access to the services without notice and without liability, for any reason or for no reason at all.

Warranties and Responsibility for Services and Courses

We warrant that the courses we offer have been approved, when indicated, by the corresponding professional boards, licensing boards, or accrediting organizations listed on the course description page.

However, High Education Health (HEHPR) does not guarantee specific outcomes in terms of licensure, certification, employment, or clinical performance. The courses are designed strictly for continuing education and professional development for healthcare professionals.

Unless expressly stated in these Terms, nothing in this document shall be construed as granting a license to any such intellectual property rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any materials on the Website, except as expressly allowed for personal educational use in connection with the courses you have purchased.

We may terminate or suspend, permanently or temporarily, your access to the service without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

You may discontinue the use of the Website and request cancellation of your account and/or services at any time, subject to our refund policy and any regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High Education Health (HEHPR) and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  1. Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;

Right to Change and Modify the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms from time to time. You should review these pages periodically.

When material changes are made to these Terms, we may, at our discretion, notify you that significant updates have occurred. Your continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
